The Llama Cafe: Welcoming Precious to the Llama World

The No-Drama Llama sat up to exhibit his no-drama shirt and sat across from Precious the Cow at the Llama Café. Precious, who was still half of herself in a dream, was unusually quiet.

“Something on your mind?” Asked the Llama, having replaced all of the patience that he had while sipping on his matcha tea.

“Perhaps several things,” Precious replied.

The Llama smiled, although in truth he still could not witness dramatic things.

“Mark Twain said, ‘Ninety percent of our troubles actually occur in the mind, and not in real life.’

Precious nodded, her eyes reflecting.

“Wondrous. But how about we clear our troubles and live mindlessly?”

“Oh yes,” the llama chuckled. Then, raising his matcha tea cup, he added, “I grasp the situation now. A clear mind needs no drama to keep it entertained.”

Precious smiled. “I’m afraid of dogs, but okay.”

“What?” The llama blurted out.

“I can’t help it.”

“No one is afraid of dogs,” the llama said.

Precious smiled. The worries were lighter. And for once, neither had anything more to say.

Wishing you all the best, and may this week morph into a book that you could feel good holding.

Peace up!
